Return & Refund Policy

At Edwards and Sons, we specialize in the local delivery and  of firewood, and wood chips.

Because these are natural, perishable goods all sales are final! Once delivered or dropped off. We do not accept returns unless there is an error on our part.

Refunds

If your order is incorrect (wrong quantity, product type, or damaged, we will make it right! No refunds

If for any reason a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled 24hrs before they are scheduled for delivery or pickup. You will be charged a 35$ cancellation fee! Once your order has been processed or dispatched, we will not be able to cancel it!
